    Default Slc

Hi guys, got my first paying job this week, kitchen floor. It's on a slight slope but the customer doesn't want me to level it off. The problem is that at the top of the slope there is a sharp drop of about 10mm but not all the way across the room. Having never used slc before how deep can i use it or will i have to use something else to get the floor flat for tiling?

How easy or hard is it to use?

Also do i use primer on the floor before the slc or before the tile or both?

    Thanks in advance.

can you not feather the sharp drop off with rapid set adhesive, also,as Whitebeam asks, what's the substrate?

if the floor is concrete give it a good brush then use a diluted primer to make sure the adhesive sticks to the concrete, personally i would use some rapid set to level of the 10mm dip in the floor
