What tiles are you fixing? Ceramic, porcelain or stone?
Large format?

Ill be using large format 50 x 50cm ceramic tiles.

Okay, single part flexi should be fine, provided the screed has dried & cured properly (1mm per day as a guide).
Has the UFH been brought up to full temp, rested then switched off yet? I'm not an expert on wet UFH but there are quite a few threads on here that explain the correct procedures. I do know that it has to be tested and then left to cool sufficiently, i.e. days, prior to tiling.
You will also need to advise the customer that the UFH should not be switched on for at least a couple of weeks after tiling and then brought up to temp very slowly. (I usually advise taking it to approx 18 degrees and then a couple of degrees per day until desired temp is achieved, although others will provide the correct procedures, I'm sure).
