    Smile best adhesive for polished porcelain floor tile?

    hello all, first post.

    need a bit of advice regarding installation of untreated polished porcelain 800x800mm floor tile



    1. using LTP MPG sealer -i will b sealing them b4 and after grouting but wondering whether it would benefit me to seal them b4 cutting?

    2. using 5mm spacers?

    3. best adhesive? (on ply fixed to floorboards)

    4. primer for adhesive?

    You only need to seal porcelain once...it is just to close the pores so they don't grab dirt.

    The ltp mpg sealer is spot on for porcelain

    Keraflex maxi would be good for that size tile on ply..

    No need to seal before cutting and you don't normally prime ply..

    keraflex maxi sounds just the job, do tile giant stock this? if not do u know of any other stockists?

    also any advice regarding type of grout?

    Some stores stock Keraflex Maxi. All stores stock Keraquick. I would give your local store a call just to check before you go in if you decide you want Keraflex Maxi
