Hello People!
A mate wants to tile his kitchen floor with 4" quarry tiles. The floor is concrete, any recommendations for adhesives, primer? and notched trowel size please.

If its level, scrape and brush clear.Prime with mapei primerG,let sit for a few hours preferably, I'd personally use a 10mm notched trowel and use mapei keraquick adhesive grey or white depending on grout colour to be used.

Mapei do a good range f suitable adhesives and primer....
Trowel size...depends upon the profile on the back of the tile and how thick they are....6 to 8 mm will be fine if the substrate is flat....
For tiling floors in that format of tile then the floor needs to be flat or any deviations will show up like a sore thumb..
