I have used super flexible adhesive buildfix for laying my tiles and left them to dry for 48 hours then i clean the residue off the tiles and then i sealed the tiles with polish porcelain impregnator sealer plasplug then i rubbed tiles up after 1 hour then i grouted tiles Can any one tell me how long before i can put the next coat of sealer on my tiles grateful for any reply

hi normally with any sealers at least 24 hours after grouting id recomend 48 to allow all moisture to dry out

Hi there forgot to mention ive got underfloor heating under these tiles electric will it make any differance

you need to lrt the floor dry out naturally dont force dry it with ufh grout will hairline crack
