Ive used HG Superprotector quite alot, its easy to apply with the pippet provided and is reasonably priced, I put in on white grout on a floor 12 months ago, I went back the other week to do the bathroom and the grout on the kitchen floor was still looking fine.

if these brick tiles have a chamfered edge you might have a bit of a struggle with the fast setting mapei grout, because when you grout these it tends to leave a thick joint as the squeegee wont take of the excess as it does with a normal tile.
ultracolour which is very popular with some tilers and not so popular with others myself included, will set very quick and you may not even know its about to set,the things is with black tiles and white grout the grout needs to be spot on or the job looks cack.

there are other mapei grouts but my supplier only stocks ultracolour so ive gone back to bal, dont get wrong its great grout but i just cant get on with it particularly on walls,i tried for six months but the cons outweighed the pros for me......its a bit like marmite.
also with these tiles DO NOT try to start with whole tiles ANYWHERE when you set out apart from the work top.

Got to admit Mapei Ultracolour rules

Never had a problem with it setting too quick ---- but then washboys rule too

Tried the rest but Mapeis the best

When I first saw this post I thought it was a Les Dawson mother in law item!
Black brick tiles with a white joint - not my cup of tea - show her some photos first to confirm her choice, or suggest a grout with a more subtle effect.
I'am trying to be diplomatic but its not one of my strongest points
    John.

Just done my second 'black tile white grout' job, didn't like the first one so tried to make the customer think again but she wouldn't budge and she was delighted with the result!

Take your time on the cutting and fixing of the tiles, once the white grout goes on you have no second chance to hide mistakes
