Default Probably been asked a 1000 times before? ...

... I will be using 60x30 ceramic tiles for the ensuite.

I'd like the shower area/cubicle to be as waterproof as possible. We have done everything right so far. Used a good backer board, taped and tanked etc. I will use Bal EasyPoxy for grout.

I'm hoping you guys can recommend the best possible tile adhesive I can use around the shower cubicle?

There's that many out there claiming various qualities! Even BAL has all those different Stars!

    Many thanks in advance

    Mick

hi mick, just so you know, waterproof adhesive just means it won't break up when in contact with water.
Any cement based addy, my choice at present is Mapei P9. Would only use easypoxy if I had a power shower fitted though
Are the backerboards taped onto the tray? if not, silicon the joint before tiling and obviously silicon after, and silicon the corners, not grout!

with those size tiles Mick, make sure you use a powdered adhesive, a white single part flexible, would opt for a standard rather than rapid, set
