Default Boxing in pipes (to be tiled)

Gotta box in some pipes behind the toilet ready for the tiler next week.

Ideally what material should I use? Was just gonna use ply and prime, it not being a 'wet' area but thought I best check first.

    Hi and to the forums.

    I would use 12mm ply.
With regards the priming DON'T use PVA.
You need to check the instructions on the adhesive, as some products i.e. Bal do not require priming as this would invalidate their guarantee.

    Good luck with the project.
