    Default Floor Prep Help

    Tiling newbie here, but generall OK with DIY. Will be tiling the bathroom floor this weekend. Is the following procedure OK:

    Floorboards screwed to joists.
    12mm WBP (sealed with Bal Bond SBR) screwed every 150mm.
    UFH Loose Wires installed.
    Cover with Mapei Fiberplan.
    Tile over with Mapei Keraquick and Mapei Ultracolour Plus Grout.

    Anything extra i need to add ?

    Yes, with 12mm ply and UFH you really should use Latex Plus additive with the adhesive. How big is the floor?

    ply over floor boards and screwed down at 300mm centers is fine and a flexiable adhesive and grout good luck

    Floor area to be tiled is approx 4 sq m. Can i get away with not using the Latex Plus ?
