you cant tile directly onto floorboards you must overboard with at least 12mm ply screwed at 150mm centres then use a flexible adhesive,tiling onto concrete then you can use rapid set adhesive!

profix (sorry guys i know) do a very good tile on wood 2 part adhesive
will do 5 sqm per tub but you will have to plyboard the floor as dave says.
