    Default Which plaster to use?

I'm currently re-tiling my bathroom (1st time tiler). I've removed the two sets of tiles that were on top of each other. As expected some plaster has come away from the walls. Some of the patches seem only to be about 3mm deep, behind it the plaster if bumpy. Which plaster do I need to make it good for tiling. Also, do I need to remove the bumpy plaster up to the concrete block? On the corner of one wall, I've had to remove some plaster up to the concrete block (as I've fitted aquapanel boards), what type of plaster do I need in this situation to fill up the gap? Getting so confused with all the information.

    Thanks in advance
