I like the mapei, If your not comfortable using what he bought explain that you have a preference to your own brand

Thanks mate,
Im with you on the mapei, can you use ultracolour plus on limestone sure i read somewhere on here that its not suitable i may be wrong tho.

Mapei ultra colour plus sets quickly..so no chance of water staining from a slow setting one...

as whitebeam said, and also explain that you personally have never used that make of grout and so are unsure of it.I have used it before,a few times actually and found no problem with it.But we all speak as we find.

what are you not sure of Ted? it's setting properties or the colour? if it's just the colour I'd mention it to customers, but if you choose something else it's sods law they won't like it and will hold you responsible! I've been using mapei lately and I'm well impressed with it, to the point that I'm gonna try and get my local supplier to stock it!
