Default BAL Microcolour in Ebony, what do you think of it?

Can I please ask your opinions on this.

This is a new product as opposed to the BAL Charcol apparently.

It claims to be efflorescence free. As I am using fast flex adhesive, to cope with a wetroom former I have been advised to use admix GTi with it.

    What do you think guys?

Yep you can modify Microcolour with addition of GT1. Makes it more flexy than BAL's standard flex grouts.

Would still opt for Mapei Ultracolor plus myself though. I am not keen on BAL grouts.

From what I remember, if you're using fastflex onto a single layer of wood, you'll need a 2 part grout. I think all the top companies do one.
I never like to mix brands either. Found out to my chagrin once, you guarantee could be invalid.

I'm not going onto wood, I'm going onto cement screed over concrete.

The adhesive I'm using is Profix, made by BAL, and the grout is as above with GT1 added.
