which bal Adhesive? in the
Tile Adhesive, Grout and Substrate Preparation at TilersForums;
im about to do my bathroom and am not sure which bal addy to use!
im using 300 x 600 porcelain tiles on my floor and shower wall
and and ... -

which bal Adhesive?
im about to do my bathroom and am not sure which bal addy to use!
im using 300 x 600 porcelain tiles on my floor and shower wall
and and 100mm x 50mm porcelain mosaics for my other wall.
i know i have already used bal apd primer in the plasterboard and have aqua pannel behind the bath,
shall i use bal mosaic fix or is this over kill??? some else mentioned single part flexible, whats this like?
if not these 2 then what do people suggest.
finaly which ever one i use will is be ok for both tiles

You will need a powder for the large porcelain or could take ages to dry out. Not used the Bal products have used Technik OPF nice product

Both adhesives mentioned are fine but i would opt for the single part flexible myself.

If they are going on to plasterboard, or cement board, then Single part flex is fine.

single part flexible will be fine, don't use a rapid set spf for your walls, use a standard set, for your floors lay and cut tiles to suit first and then use a rapid set spf to wet lay them. don't forget to use a flexible grout too!
