Discuss priming newly plastered walls in the Tile Adhesive, Grout and Substrate Preparation at TilersForums; I realise that i have to prime newly plastered walls,not with pva.I intend using granfix adhesive as i find it very good.Which primer should i use?...

    Default priming newly plastered walls

    I realise that i have to prime newly plastered walls,not with pva.I intend using granfix adhesive as i find it very good.Which primer should i use?

    No not pva.....

    when you say granfix....is it a dispersion or cement adhesive..?..

    Need to be a bit careful with Granfix......they specify PVA as a primer with some of their adhesives

    hi mate granfix have a table you can get it off there site will give you all the info you need
