tiling cracking walls
Hi,
I am about to install a bathroom into an extension I had built 3 years ago.
The problem is that I want to tile all the walls but cracks have constantly appeared over time on two of the walls, the walls were built from Durox lite blocks then plastered directly onto. I think this is were my problems started.
My question is what would be the best method to tile onto these walls /
I have seen the products on the market that provide crack isolation for floors, but haven’t found one for wall. Is there one? Or is there a different or better method for tiling cracking walls?

Re: tiling cracking walls
why not just sheet the walls with gypsum, dry bonding the shhets could save time and money. Although thats still an expense.

Re: tiling cracking walls
I allways recommend dry wall on the durox blocks and the thermolites, Whenever solid plastering onto the blocks cracks nearly allways appear at a later stage.
