Help with commercial tiling

Hi Guys
Work has being slow since training so i took an offer of a short term contract in a bakery i used to work at (five months). I have been asked today to repair some tiling in the despatch area, they have cracked due to the sub floor crumbling under the weight of the fork trucks. If i do a good job i will get all the work. At the moment i have to use all the materials they supply until its used up, this is a product called cempatch rapid repair mortar, they use it to fill the hole under the old tile and to bond the new tile on. This is a never ending job with the sub floor crumbling under the tiles. After looking on the internet this stuff wouldent be my ideal stuff to use, can anybody offer any help????

A rapid setting, highly polymer modified, water, frost and sulphate resistant floor tile adhesive, with exceptional compressive and adhesion strengths, specifically designed to withstand heavy loading and trafficking. Suitable for use on concrete, cement:sand screeds, anhydrite screed, BAL levelling compounds, epoxy resin-based coatings, terrazzo, unglazed ceramic tiles, mastic asphalt. Conforms to BS EN 12004, Type C, Class 2F.

Thanks, only thing that concerns me is the thickness of the BAL says 20mm, now the depth i need is appx 75mm (this is what i've been told by the guy thats had it done a few times now). I looked at Ardex A46 which gives 30mm, so i'm guessing i need something else first, the subfloor tends to just crumble with the fork lift trucks.

The Motoband is an adhesive not a screed. If you are going that deep, you will need more specialist advice than I can give Bishbosh, sorry.

I don't have experience of screeding to those requirements yet.

Try a sharp sand with cement at 4-1 and add sbr you will find that will give a solid bed
