My brother has one like that but i cant get on with it. I prefer the handles to be in line if you understand. I found that with the handles on the side the machine was less controlable, I am sure they are just as good when you get to grips with it though.

hi mate , i use a rencan 110 volt double handled mixer 1200 it cost £100 your not going to get owt good for less than £100 pound , its money well spent saves time and comes in really usefull on big area floors ie speed. If you want to save money buy a normal drill buy a paddle and Bobs ya uncle.

99 No its not a speedy its a sparky 1050 watt and it was 130 quid but probably all the same, wouldn't like to mix bagged adhesive with a drill driver and grout paddle though. Steve.

i find 2"x1" very good for floors under 50 sq mtrs bit quicker than electric mixers but if you are mixing 25 kg plus in a bucket it would be easier for your back with a mixer but i find most domestic tilers dont need one unless they are tiling floors most of the time(unless you are getting on a bit) :Pete
