The Ardex FL grey floor grout is much better than bal ,seen too many jobs where the Bal Flexigout drys patchy ! And for the walls Ardex FS white is much whiter than the bal microban | | |

OH yea, i have been finding granfix ready mixed standard wall tile adhesive has let me down a couple of time too. | | |
