I have always been paying 26 quid for a 20kg bag of Bal rapidset flex from Topps.
Am i paying well over the odds?

Thinking i might be going down the wrong path using the most expensive gear.
Charging around the 20 quid mark per sqm for ceramics inc adhesive, BAL adhesive is so expensive and was thinking of switching to something such as Dunlop.

My local tile supplier is Ardex by history but being close to Belfast where alot of tile retailers are selling evostick rubbish they have had to start to offer Dunlop as a cheeper more competitive alternative. I have to say I am impressed with the entire range from tubbed to single part quick set bagged flexi and the wall and floor grouts. A good range at good prices. Try it. I think evostick is pretty poor and the grout leaves a poor finish (or maybe its just me).

yes thats how much i'm paying, £26 for bal flexi rapid, does seem bit dear compared to other brands but guess it is good stuff....does anyone use webber? and is that good to use? I have used tile-it-all's own stuff, did a good job but just not as good to apply as bal but then again it was half the trade price!!!

my back aches....
