Used Dunlop rapid set, supplied by customer, 4 hours after tiling tiles still hadn't set, rubbish

was also supplied dunlop tile on wood 1 part rapid set.
rubbish is a understatement!!!
gave up after four hours and went home. 100mile round trip to grout a 10sq metre floor! Not happy
Also used the shower and waterproof from dunlop and these were really quite good for the money..
Anyone else had the same problem?
