Flexifloor Ready mixed

Has any body used granfix flexifloor ready mixed . just wondered what others thought,
not used it my self yet .

never used it ,dont trust ready mixed gear for floors

Never used ready mixed for floors..............

1. - don't trust it
2. - too expensive
3. - takes too long to set !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it a 24 hour jobby? Never used it myself. I'd be using backboard or fastflex.

i used mapie ready mixed once it took 2 days to set never again

Why use ready mixed for floors ??????????????????????

far too expensive for a start & takes too long to set.
Save it for the DIY'er

wouldnt even attempt it ,try granfix rapid set [powder mix] and only mix enough for the area that your doing.

Have you ever told a customer she has to wait 2 days before she can use the bathroom ? Stay with 2 part powder

if you have tiled a shower .. then they can't use it for up to 2 weeks anyway.....That's according to bal....products which i use all the time....

Depends on the job, Pete!

If suitable for the tiles/substrate I use white Star, otherwise, SPF or such like.

stop useing ready mix on walls long time ago when they came out with non-slip it skinned to quickley and i mitre the tiles so it would shrink and chip the mitres, also never had flat enougth walls max 4mm bucket, cement based would dry quicker when you plummed window ect and wouldent shrink and be able to grout sooner on non porous surfaces
