Default Kitchen Floor - 20x20 tile 1/4" grout line

If you click on the images they will link you to a larger image.
This is my first tile installation I wish I would have found this forum sooner...

http://img149.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img1778ph4.jpg

Attached you will find my kitchen layout with my floor design

http://img145.imageshack.us/my.php?i...itchen1fw1.png

Specs
All tiles already cut with 1/4" spacers between every tile
20x20 porcelain tiles
45% diagonal patteren
1/4 inch grout
cement backer board
all outside walls are square using 3-4-5 method (along 20' 8" wall and 11' 9")
the north side where the tile meets the floor is a big visual point

Questions
1. Where should I start laying this layout to acheive a nice even line from the border? everything I read says not to start in the corner but it seems to make sense to start in the corner because they are square using 3-4-5.

2. Along the 11' 9" wall i have three full tiles (marked with red X kitchen_2) that wobble north to south (20' 8" wall south) its the only place on the entire floor. Can I just install the tile and fix with mortar?

Josh
