Sensibly Priced Bal Adhesive & Grout

I have been trying to purchase BAL Gold Star (bags) and White Star (tubs) adhesives, and Superflex Wall (bags) and Superflex Wide Joint (bags) grout.

They are very expensive (on web and retial stores) and not very easy to locate. I would be grateful for any assistance to locate a stores that sell them cheap, will deliver at reasonable price and fast delivery.

Alternatively recommendations of other adhesive and grouts that are cheaper and more readily available.
