Default Grout or silicone

When tiling floor to ceiling, do you grout or silicone where the tile butts up to the ceiling, i always run silicone round. What do you do?

Idealy you need to allow for movement and use silicone.
If its a white ceiling, regular silicone would work well.
The biigest problem I find is internal corners look odd when you are using a beige grout - that where the silicone tends to stand out more than most.
You can get mapei range of silicone in various colours though which I might do myself.
