Default Mouldy grout

Quoting a job for a couple of 'Europeans', They say that on the Continent they don't use a 'chalk' based grout? So 1st question, what type do they use?

Secondly, Their main concern is the grout in the shower areas going mouldy after a time. What is the best grout to use or is there a sealer I can use. Have talked them out of epoxy for the moment if that is an answer.
Cheers John

ardex flex fs excellent grout, and easier to use than microflex

answer to the first question, worked in germany about 15years ago never saw any white grout, it was all grey and beige, even with white tiles it was always manhattan grey, think its because it dont show any discolouration
