Whats the best way to get rid of them dirty grout lines near the bath tub and basin ? Any specific recommended products or techniques ? (mate was asking me, i didn't have an answer coz i've never done it yet)...thanks

Have a look at products from Lithofin and HG, they both do stuff for that sort of thing.
