Default Problem With Grout

Can anyone help?, we fitted 2 bathrooms & 1 kitchen 6 months ago & used Dunlop Microban grout in all 3.
All 3 were different tiles, wall background was mostly plasterboard, some ply.
The customer contactacted us 1 month ago complaining that one bathroom grout was going a browny tinge & blacker in places in shower cubicle.
We had Dunlop out to look at & they tested it to confirm it was there grout, sent back their report & suggested using HG mould spray.
The Customer still not happy got on the phone to Dunlop direct & they came out with the mould spray but did not work.

It seems only to be on the surface as when you scrape away its bright white.
The other rooms are fine, there are 2 extractors in this room.
The only difference is that the tiles are different and have a brown biscuit.
There is no blleding from plywood or backing as only on suface.
The customer is now getting pretty nasty with us as wants it sorted, but I dont want to re-grout etc if its going to happen again & this grout goes extremely hard & would be difficult to remove so would be easier to tile over.

Can anyone help on this please.

No Dunlop have not suggested anything else & our customer is giving us grief as he spent nearly 30K with us on all these works, I have told him that I am not willing to re-tile as not proven that its down to installation fault as yet and it may happen again.

I checked with our tiler & he used a clean bucket, the ones that come with the grout, I was wondering if it could be a dodgy batch but Dunlop said not possible or could it be a problem with the tiles bleeding out some sort of chemical, But who knows as I dont know how or where I can get it tested.
