Default just wondered????

Hi guys just wondering if instead of mixing up adhesive onsite if any of you mix up at home then put it into tubs like the ready mix you can buy off the shelf.
Is this even possible or is it just the fact no air is on it the tub stuff doesn't go off.
cheers

If it's cement based adhesive it will dry from the inside out, air has nothing to do with cement based drying out, thats why you can grout early on when useing cement based, tub gear needs air to dry thats why you don't grout early on. So in answer to you question i think it will go off long before you get on site, Just learning myself so may stand corrected.

For walls i only use standard set cement based adhesive, I alway mix a bucket in the morning before i leave, habit more than anything else i think, paul right , cement based adhesives cure chemically , so dont be mixing rapid set before you leave.
