Default Tubbed ady for floors

I've asked something similar before, but have a scenario that I'm hoping could help me!

I'm tiling a cinema room-so obviously it used very rarely. The room is in a basement and is like a sauna as it has no windows,so every time I make a batch up of bal single part flexi it literally is a race to use it before it sets due to the heat.

60x60 polished porcelin tiles are being used,I was hoping using bal tubbed adh would be possible as the room is rarely used due to it being a cinema room in the basement of a house. It would be a massive help if I could use tubbed as the time It would save would be a god send-please give your opinion

No!!!! Sorry, I should fill it out a bit. Tubbed addy will probaly never dry out with that size tile and you should never, ever used tubbed stuff on floors. SPF should have 5hrs in the bucket at 20deg C. Mix smaller batches.

A tiled floor in a cinema room. Surely the acoustics will be terrible.

I have been using BAL single part flexi in this heat since last week and have no probs with it going off fast.....As said it lasts about 5hrs at 20c and even at 24c etc it stil lasts a long time......you must be mixing it too stiff to start with maybe...

Hi
Thinking outside the box, (hideous term I know)Speak to Biscem they have a ready mix floor adhesive, Timber-fix, may be of use.
The biggest complaint about it is how long it takes to set, may work to your advantage. In certain situations I've heard tale of it still not set after 7 days. Must check with Biscem first though.
