Default self-leveling compound needed for my first paying job!

Now then gents,

the floor in the bathroom im doing is around 2m2 and I will have to use a SL compound as the floor is not as smooth as I want it. (This is from looking at it, no exact measurements have been taken as to how much it is out however I will take a stab at maximum 10mm however I will update this number come tomorrow morning !)

Thing is, the bathroom is the only one with a toilet so it needs to be rapid setting so that I can lay it in the morning and it can be ready to walk on and have the toilet refitted so that it can be used during the night time. Then, tiled onto in the morning!

Having never done this before could you advise what product (I'm assuming Ardex from the research I have done through other threads) I need and the best way to apply this product to acheive great results. Any other info would be great as to gen me up. Marcus, (sWe), feel free to type a page if you have nothing on today!

Thanks lads.

Cameron
