Default tiling a multiroom layout on concrete and plywood

I'm about to start a 46m2 kitchen that is going to run into a utility room adn also a downstairs toilet and then straight into the conservatory, now my question is that the floors are all concrete except for the back half of the kitchen which was the original floor before the ext was built, so bearing that in mind will i need to do anything special when the tiles meet from the concrete to the plywood?

No problem. Just keep asking questions.
