Most flexible grout -amateur needs help!

I have a shower cubicle in an old house: 2 walls, 2 glass panels. One wall is old and has undulations. The other is a stud wall and therefore vulnerable to movement. Was professionally tiled several years ago. Water has got under the lowest tiles several times and I have had to take off and replace on each occasion. Silcone sealant along the shower tray.

Now water running into kitchen underneath when shower on. A lot of cracks in the grout. So have removed tiles from tray 3 feet upwards to the sound grouting. Wall now drying out. On old wall side the adhesive is very thick and several thin tiles have been used to bring the level up where it undulates. A lot of mould. Will bleach it.

When I retile (using the removed tiles) I think it would help if I could find grout which was exceptionally flexible (to resist movement without cracking and to waterproof). But which? Should I be using epoxy-based grout (don't know anything much about this type except that it is water-repellent). And what about adhesive? And grout sealant -which I have never used?

Can anyone advise?

With the sounds of it I would replace the old wall thats in bad shape and replasterboard it, then tank and tile and that will solve all the problems.

gotta agree with fekin. not much point doing a repair job as it will cost you more in the long run bite the bullet and rip it off and start a fresh as suggested.sorry
