Experts
Can you please help me choose the right one I should be going for in your opinion

This is a new home on which I would like to have UFH as the ONLY source of heating
Keen to keep the floor buildup to a minimum

I've selected a few based on what I have spoken to the suppliers
Havent included the costs here as I understand I shouldn't be posting those on a forum
Keen to hear your views

Many Thanks

If it's new build then you will need to factor in the insulation I used 100mm kingspan then used 18mm pipes then 65mm mapei topcem , if it is a slim system overlay you are looking for the only 2 I am familiar with or seen rigs for are the schluter system and trim lines version which it a thin pipe clipped into a plastic tray it is difficult to say which will be best for you as price is always going to be a factor in any descision,
What I will say is I found the piped system I used extremely easy to fit and it connected up to my existing central heating system very easily I bought it through underfloor heating warehouse and they even supplied a CAD diagram for the pipe layout

You will find most guys on here only have experience on one may be 2 systems which they have done themselves and couldn't possibly give you a really informed choice unless they have been on the relevant training courses for all the ones you have quoted , what is stalling your own decision ?

Thanks Gary

It's Nu Heat or Variotherm
Nu Heat is 4k more

Is it worth the extra expense?

I'm only familiar with radical, polypipe overlay and beko-tec therm. If you're definitely tiling the floor and it's your sole heat source then seriously consider beko-tec therm. It's light years ahead in quality and efficiency. Runs at 30c too rather than 45 to 50c so although it's more expensive, there are efficiency savings to consider...
