Where to find mosaic tiles for porch extension? - Tile Advice

Hi all,
I'm copying this for a customer for a porch extension & am wondering where I can find tiles to match. Does anybody know where I could get like for like tiles to these specs please?
Obviously I can cut them to size but would ideally like to save time & effort. Customer is aware colour match won't be perfect as the existing tiles have been down for 20 years. This is definitely one of the more interesting jobs which I like doing. Looked on Topps' but couldn't find anything similar so am asking here before I spend hours trawingling the net.

52 x 52 mm
156 x 156mm octagon with corners trimmed to 70mm lengths?
& the tricky triangle ones : 32mm x 32mm x 46mm (where do you source these?)

Thats odd. Looks like you have a combination of imperial and metric sizes.

The best company I can think of will be Original Style. They have everything in imperial sizes but that means the octagons are only 152mm. You will also need to carefully trim some of their other pieces down by a couple of mm to the correct size.

@timeless john is the Victorian Guru, he may have a better suggestion?
