Well I'm nearly at the end of my tileathon - more do do but....
I have lots of flooring meets wall and I don't know what you do to fill the gap and make it look presentable/waterproof.

Do I just get some dark brown sealant - squirt a bead and run my finger along it? Some of the gaps are a biut wide... I've run out of brown grout and I don't want to buy any more really.

The under the sink pic - is there something I can stick down there (or around the pipes) to stop water leaking into the flat below (you never know)...

Coud I just ask that if anyone wants to help which I will really appreciate - please don't tell me I'm wasting my time - I seem to hear that a lot.

Silicone it with brown or white silicone. Smooth it nice with your finger or a profile tool, available on eBay and probably within your budget. I wouldn't worry about around the pipes as if water is gushing around there, your in trouble regardless, dear!

I've seen a guttering part that might block water flowing out - would rather do it than not - guy downstairs very good neighbour. xx

Sometimes clear silicone can work well when you have different colour tiles, it also shows less if you're not too tidy;)

Some of these will help
I like the idea of brown as mould is less likely to show... I know they are all mould resistant these days though..
