Please checkout the following advertisement.
Hi got some tumbled travertine to put up , there's a lot of external corners, what's the best way to do them ?? Only ever done tumbled on a floor so never had to edge them! Any advice gratefully received many thanks !

Depending on their size, how about square cut both pieces and put a half round on the face piece.
That's if you can charge for the extra work.

Was thinking of getting a half bullnose for the polisher, tiles are 10mm , would a 10mm or 5mm half bullnose be better ? If I got a 10mm I would just clamp tile to a piece of ply so the bearing on the cutter had something to run against ? Just thinking this may keep them more uniform than freehand with a pad

Yes i have the makita variable speed. Great piece of kit. Makes short work of trav. I use the glue backing pads and have 4 set up with different grades. 125 to start then 200 then 400 then 800. To polish I prefer switching to the diamond pads above 800 as i get a better result. Maybe my technique but i just find it better.
