Speaking to a guy the other year who does a lot of lime work and told me there were lime specific https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ out there . The only thing is has the limecrete been used so floor can breath obviously after tile there will be problems . Maybe necessary to use membrane like ditra to help it breath . Although don't know how effective that would be . Maybe someone can advise if I'm totally of track . Also if used you could then use cement based https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ on top

You can get lime based tile adhesives, these are normally supplied by the companies that supply the limecret
i have done a couple of stone jobs last few years using ty-mawr limcrete https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ on to a limecrete base .
you need to be very careful if fixing some limestones as the bedding mortar dries up through stone and brings with it all sorts of interesting mineral content that has been under the sea for thousands of years especially with portland as i found out .spent more time cleaning the stone than fixing it over a two month period
