the naked tiler

Hi folks,
I am the naked tiler. 25 years exp in the trade. I have tried and tested new ways of tiling against manufacturers recommended advice. Anything new,I will try it, and succeed. You have to know your substrates, take a little advice, work it out and succeed in your project. I worked in Germany in the 90's, learnt a lot, and built my own business. Now I aim to take on new exciting projects, in tiling with different materials, complications and my own varied desgin knowledge to complete the absolute tiling dream. External, internal, swimming pools or kitchens it is all a designers dream. The beauty with tiles is you can make anything look amazing. Trust me I know!

The tiler by has the input not the designer, as the designer often makes mismeasures and is never as clueded up on the material base and structure. I always put my view first, then let them follow and let them decide that's the best way to go. Let them think they've made the decision were you've just put the idea in their mind. Win win!

hi and welcome

Hi, or morning,
Tile to excisting shower tray as long as they are stone. If it saves on ripping out, plastic ply bottom of tray and the flat top bit. Mosaic tray and you would normally and grout in epoxy.
Tiled 35 meter decked area.
Latex on top of smashed slated external front garden/balcony then tiled in anti slip tiles with steps.
Using flexi latex tor form falls from circular patio to surrounding areas
One that's not lasted, tiles have stuck just needs a regrout (parents roof garden) tiled onto a rough felted roof, I knew it would crack but the tiles are absolutely solid, so must regrout.
These projects have all been done in the last 10 years. I have others but its early and just got back from 16 day stint working up london way, 400 mtr limestone lift lobby and main entrance
Bit knackered so may be a few spelling mistakes
Thanks for your interest
Of course these might of been done by others but I'm yet to find someone.
