Sigma repairs south east - Tile Advice

Hi, I have a sigma and the bar that the wheel runs along has been caught and it is stopping the handle for the cutting wheel from running at all along the bar. Does anyone know of a place in the south east, preferably near Maidstone, that could maybe repair something like this? Failing that, a good spare parts supplier? Has anyone else had this issue at all? Thanks in advance.

When you say caught is it a small burr on the rail? One of my sigmas had a similar problem and I sanded it down which solved it

Same as . Had a little knock on the bar, rubbed it down ,it's fine now .

Yes, same thing. Small nick on the bar so the scribing handle gets stuck. Will definitely try this, hopefully it works.
