That type of adhesive is only good for ceramic tiles kate, do you know what your tiles are made from?

Just so glad you guys are setting me straight!!

The Topps Tiles man gave me some iffy advice earlier this year - hard to know who to listen to sometimes.

Not really Kate, only one place to learn!!! And it's not from a spotty faced youth in Topps. If you listen to the guys on here and do as they advise then you won't go far wrong.

You can't use it when your tiling over tanking and you can't use it on any tiles bigger than about 250x250
Most professional tilers won't use it at all.
When I was at bal many years ago they side it was OK to use a ready mix (dispersion) adhesive but you would have to leave it 3 days prior to grouting due to the fact you are tiling on to an impervious
