was meant to be starting to fit this marble today , and the customer noticed the blemishes,, ended up opening up a few boxes and they are all the same.
i have done a couple of marble jobs before and i cant remember seeing these marks, granted they were from a different company, the customer is not happy about it , especially as the sample tile sent up was perfect
anyone have any thoughts on this,,

They are low spots in the marble that haven't taken a polish. The usual way to deal with this is a clear resin during the final polishing process on the production line. Discuss with Mandarin, don't be tempted by anyone suggesting you can "just polish them out" after you've fitted it.

It's marble, it should be right from the word go. It actually looks like Rosa Aurora (aka Estremoz) or Calacatta but it's difficult to tell from the pictures. The low spots are naturally occurring flaws of inclusions within the marble and are quite normal, but they should be evenly polished.

i was thinking along the same kind of lines,i wont be fitting them until the client is happy,, nearly every single tile had blemishes in them .
