What exactly is a rubi scoring blade. Is that what comes with a score and snap type of thing. The hand score and snap devices ?

This saw is great for curved cuts.
I have one and it works great.
The blade is much thicker and it is curved as well.The arbor hole is offset about 1/2 inch so it is concave, or convex depending on which side you look at.
