Aluminium tends to bur. it is very different to cutting steel. Usually that thinner the slotting disc the better the cut.

Pro Tiler Tools

We use these:

Compound Mitre Saw 100mm SW05 | Buy Tile Trim Tools Online from Pro Tiler Tools - https://www.*******************/tile-trim-tools/52001/compound-mitre-saw-100mm-sw05

We also use a Bosch chop saw with a DeWalt Aluminium cutting blade which works perfectly but obviously it may be overkill for a lot of applications.
