This is the British Commando memorial en route to Fort William from Inverness, this is where they trained and still do even in winter! In the foreground is Ben Nevis range and the flowers and small memorials are from world war 2 right up to present day! Respect!

I remember visiting the location over 20 years ago, and being moved by my thoughts of the Forces training to go to the uncertainty of War. Since I have seen a little more of the World (UK, Mediterranean and Caribbean areas) but the places we visited in this area are amongst the most beautiful.
