Asphalt floor - Tile Advice

do ashphalt floor need priming prior to tiling

I've just checked two manufacturer's product guides; one says yes, one says no!
What addy are you planning to use?

I'd go with a slurry coat rather than primer alone.

Sorry just seen the earlier reply. Tilesmaster do Prime and Grip. Like a ready mixed quick drying slurry.

I've always used primer mixed with rapid addy then brushed or stippled on , always been fine, well, until I've been paid mmmmmuuuuuuaaaahhhhhrrrrrrrr
