anhydrite with ufh and porcelain - Tile Advice

I have a floor to put down and I'm after reassurance regarding procedure.
Anhydrite floor with a 1200x600 porcelain tile on it.

so.... prepare the floor with a machine to take the surface crystals off (about 2mm) then prime with a suitable anhydrite floor primer, ill probably use bal. lay ditra matting with anhydrite adhesive roller the matting in for extra bond, then tile the floor in the normal manner with a flexi slow set.
3 fall this is directed in your direction. Is this correct or does it need tweaking?

Make sure heating is commissioned and floor is tested for moisture. Bal apd is an excellent primer for gypsum screed as it doesn't skin when applied neat but I'd use tilemaster prime plus and anhyfix under the ditra.

2mm is too much unless the screed is defective. Typically 600 microns or less. And how would you measure 2mm anyway...

so just a whizz round then with a 60 grit to take off the surface?

Attached (upside down) pic hopefully shows the laitence and how much or little you need to remove.
Coin is for scale and the brown stripe on the left side is the exposed floor.
This one has not been sanded but has been heated for about 3 months so the laitence is really baked on.

Probably a lot easier than you'd measure 600 microns
