tanking wet room with ufh in the

posted a thread recently about a wet room im pricing up ,that had been done previously, by another tiler and failed .

tanking wet room with ufh
posted a thread recently about a wet room im pricing up ,that had been done previously, by another tiler and failed .
tiless laid on green chipboard with ufh,tiles lifted ,no tanking ect long story,
i was given a few options ,ditra or dural the lot,to save removing tray ,6mm marmox, or hardi ,then bal wb1, thing is its ufh and need to know if the paintable tanking can be used with the ufh,any suggestions appreciated

Ditra or dural with joint tape would eliminate the need for paintable tanking?

In the case of the Mapei tanking pastes (Mapegum or Aquadefense) yes you can use onto a floor with ufh installed
