Default How many Sqm will Mapei shower waterproofing kit cover?

    Hi again,

So I've finally worked out how I'm going to waterproof my bathroom.

Im going to use Mapei's shower kit on the bathroom floor (9 Sqm) and about 5 Sqm of wall area. Im going to prime the wbp plywood and paint over with this stuff.

How much you guys reckon I'll need?

The kit is 5Kg - will one be enough?

1 more question - can I lay electric UFH directly on top of this kit?

    Thanks a bunch

COVERAGE: approx. 1.3 kg/m2 per mm of thickness.
    Approx 1kg per 2 coats.
