Default does anyone have any step by step pics of tanking a shower cubicle?

As the title says does anyone have any on the job pics as it were. What im confused with is when the latex solution and scrim is applied along the bottom sides along the shower pan is the scrim folded over onto the pan and painted then cut back fairly tight to the wall so the tiles will sit over it? i hope im explaining that ok? is the scrim cloth easily folded and cut in that way?

if you use masking tape along the shower tray leaving it away from the wall by the thickness of your tile then use the tanking and the scrim folding it on to the the masking tape. when you have tiled the wall you can then run a Stanly along the front of the tile and remove the masking tape.

I've watched most of the youtube videos, what i'm particularly intrestred in is how the latex and scrim are applied to, and finished in an existing shower pan/bath. I get the idea that the solution and scrim are applied and then cut back when the tiles are in place, i'd just like to see it being done.
